Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free, worldwide, on every order.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on where you are. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I return something?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right, no fuss.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.

We work with natural, honest materials: textured ceramics, solid wood, soft knit textiles, and metal-and-glass lighting. Each product page lists the specifics.

How do I care for them?
Most pieces just need a soft, dry cloth. Check the individual product page for anything specific.
